Where are you located?

I’m located in the town of Haslet, TX just north of forth worth.   We sit on an acre of land and our facility is set up to accomodate both indoor/outdoor pets. 

 

Do you offer drop-off / pick-up services?

Sure! If needed, we can arrange for a specific place to pick-up and/or drop-off to help accomodate you and your schedule. Times and locations vary depending on your specific need. If you have any specific questions, please contact me directly.

 

Do you require a vaccination record?

Yes, we ask that you provide a copy or record of vaccinations. Dogs: DPP, Rabies, Tracheaobrinchitis. Cats: FVRCP, Rabies.

 

What is your cancellation policy?

In order to maintain prompt and accurate service to our pet owners, we do require a written Notice for Cancellations. Refunds are applied as follows:

• No Refunds on Holiday reservations
• 72 hour cancellation notice for a FULL refund of your deposit
• 48 hour cancellation notice for a 50% refund of your deposit
• Less than 48 hour cancellation notice may not be eligible for a refund
